New Year New Mailing List Provider. Today is a very exciting day - the launch of my first ever audio project made entirely by me (including the Casio pop theme tune) - more on that below! This year already has some exciting things in store for me - I’ll be doing yoga, running and movement tour in the Spring (hit me up if you live in Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Berlin or Vienna), and Autumn sees my adaptation with Sam Curtis Lindsay hit stages - with me playing two very iconic Dickens characters! I’m optimistic as to what the calendar change might bring, for the longer days to be with us again and a holiday somewhere in the middle. How are you?

Having spent a life running away from madness I am now walking alongside it, asking questions along the way. Across 80km of Scottish landscape, recording hours of audio I got very wet in the worst storms Argyll and Bute had experienced in years. From it, I’ve pieced together a five part series on sanity, self care, pity, capitalism + diagnosis. Join me as I get lost in my thoughts and the landscape.
